Jessica has many years experience practising complementary therapies and a background in Counselling, Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. Jessica has trained in diverse approaches and works in an integrative therapeutic way. Offers Reiki, Aromatherapy, Hopi ear candles, Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Indian head Massage and has had extensive experience working with adolecents with behavioural problems, the general public in both care and a corporate environment.

Offers aromatherapy, Swedish massage and has had extensive experience in working with the public in the NHS specialising in the rehabilitation of the elderly and falls prevention.
